Our current slots are all 1 hour long. You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your start time to get changed + make the most of your hour in the sauna.

Please bring:
- a towel to sit on
- a towel for a shower afterwards
- swimwear
- a water bottle

If you need to reschedule, you can rebook your session through BookWhen, upto 48 hours before your booked slot. We are currently unable to offer refunds.
