Standard Session price: £10 per 1 hour session

Silent Sessions: we’re trialling some silent sessions if you want a more reflective sauna experience. Click the booking link to see available sessions. These are also £10 per 1 hour session.

Private Sessions: The sauna capacity is 6. You are welcome to book as many slots as you like within one session to have a private / semi-private experience (e.g. 1 person might want to book all 6 spaces to have a solo sauna experience, or a group of 3 friends might book 6 slots to have the sauna to themselves).

Our current slots are all 1 hour long. You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your start time to get changed + make the most of your hour in the sauna.

Please bring:
- a towel to sit on
- a towel for a shower afterwards
- swimwear
- a water bottle

If you need to reschedule, you can rebook your session through BookWhen using your booking code, upto 48 hours before your booked slot. We are currently unable to offer refunds.
